ReplyDeleteഅങ്ങനെയനെങ്ങില്‍ "ലീവ് അക്കൗണ്ട്" അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതുമായി ബന്ധപെട്ട ഒരു വിശദമായ പോസ്റ്റ്‌ നല്‍കിയാല്‍ വളരെ ഉപകാരമായിരിക്കും
അങ്ങയുടെ ബ്ലോഗ് നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട് .... ഇനിയും നല്ല പോസ്റ്റുകള്‍ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു
ശരിയാണ്. അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ തെറ്റ് പറ്റാതിരിക്കുവാന്‍ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണം. തെറ്റ് പറ്റിപ്പോയാല്‍ തെറ്റ് എന്റര്‍ ചെയ്തപ്പോള്‍ As on Date ആയി ചേര്‍ത്ത തീയതിയുടെ അടുത്ത ദിവസത്തെ തീയതി As on Subsequent date ആയി ചേര്‍ത്ത് ശരിയായ എന്‍ട്രി നല്‍കാം.
Deleteലീവ് അക്കൗണ്ടില്‍ As on Date നല്‍കുന്ന തീയതിക്ക് ശേഷമുള്ള തീയതികളില്‍ മാത്രമേ ലീവ് എടുക്കുവാന്‍/ (ലീവ് സറണ്ടര്‍ ചെയ്യുവാന്‍) കഴിയുകയുള്ളു.
എല്ലാവര്‍ഷവും മാര്‍ച്ച് 31-ന് സര്‍വ്വീസ് വെരിഫിക്കേഷന്‍ നടത്തേണ്ടതുള്ളതിനാല്‍ ഓരോ എംപ്ലോയിയുടെയും സര്‍വ്വീസ് ബുക്കില്‍ 2012 മാര്‍ച്ച് 31-ന് വെരിഫൈ ചെയ്തപ്പോള്‍ ബാലന്‍സായി ഉള്ള HPL ന്റെ എണ്ണം As on Date 31/3/2012 ആയി ചേര്‍ക്കാം.
എന്നാല്‍ Earned Leave അക്കൗണ്ട് അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ 31/3/2011 As on Date ആയി ചേര്‍ക്കുന്നതാണുചിതം. 2011, മാര്‍ച്ച് 31-ന് സര്‍വ്വീസ് ബുക്ക് വെരിഫൈ ചെയ്തപ്പോള്‍, സറണ്ടര്‍ ചെയ്യുവാന്‍ എലിജിബിലിറ്റിയുള്ള Earned Leave ന്റെ എണ്ണമാണ് ചേര്‍ക്കേണ്ടത്.
2012 മാര്‍ച്ചിനു മുമ്പ് ഉള്ള ദിവസങ്ങള്‍ As on Date ആയി ചിലരെങ്കിലും Earned Leave Surrender ചെയ്യുവാന്‍ സാധ്യതയുള്ളതിനാലാണ് Earned Leave, 2011 ലെ രീതിയില്‍ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്.

Deleteമുന്‍ വര്‍ഷങ്ങളിലെ എന്നത് കൊണ്ട് മുന്‍ വര്‍ഷങ്ങളില്‍ അക്കൗണ്ടിലുള്ളത് എന്നാണോ മുന്‍ വര്‍ഷം as on date നല്‍കി എന്നാണോ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്?

ReplyDeleteWhen we process the pay revision arrears through spark the arrears of all employees are not getting and the amount merged to PF is not displaying .But when we processed pay revision arrears individually it is correct
What we have done in spark before processing pay revision arrears
1 From 2011 March onwards we are processing salary through spark
2 We manually entered the salary from 2009 July to 2011 Feb
3 Entered and corrected the service history of all the employers
4 We did the pay fixation through the spark
5 We processed the new scale of salary from oct 2011 onwards
6 We entered the DA arrears of different Periods (from 2009 July ) manually in spark

ReplyDeletesir, 2012 january on wards we are processing our salary through spark. for pay revision arrear, 1/7/09 on wards we entered manually. those who are opted 1/7/09 their arrear is ok. 1/10/2009 and others the processed result showing negative figures. the processed result showing in due coloumn nothing. please solve this problems.
